In his work to promote LazyTown’s mission to motivate healthy choices, Magnus also advises government and non-profit organizations around the world on children’s health issues, such as; Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign in the US, Change4Life’s public health campaign with the UK Department of Health, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), the European Commission, Felipe Calderón and the Ministry of Health in Mexico, and the First Lady of Chile.
Magnus was the European champion in aerobics in 1994 and 1995, and a silver medalist in the aerobicsWorld Championship in 1994. In 1995, he was voted Athlete of the Year in his home country of Iceland and remains a world-class athlete to this day.
Magnus is also a sought after public speaker with over 20 years of experience in public speaking.
