Javier Fernández Aguado (Madrid, 1961), after years of work as a Senior Manager and later as a businessman, is currently Chairman of MindValue (www.mindvalue.com), Director of the Fundación Bancaria La Caixa Management Chair at IE Business School and Research Director of EUCIM Business School (Peru).
Doctor in CC.EE (Council of the Bishops' Conferences of Europe). and EE (Spain and the School - España y la Escuela). by the Complutense University (1996) (J.A. Artigas National Prize for Social Sciences), has published sixty books on Organizational Government and Business Creation (half of them in collaboration). Among others: Rome, school of managers; The language of leadership; Pathologies in organizations; The management of the III Reich; Leading in an imperfect world or Jesuits, leading free talent.
His training and advisory work has been requested by five hundred organizations in fifty countries. He has lived for ten years in Italy, the USA, Great Britain, Switzerland, Belgium, Chekia, etc.
His biography appears in the book Great Creators in the History of Management (Ariel), by José Luis García Ruiz, which analyzes the 91 most prominent thinkers in Management worldwide.

In February 2010, AEFOL promoted the First International Symposium on the thought of Javier Fernández Aguado. More than 600 professionals from twelve countries in Europe and America attended. In 2019, the II International Symposium took place, also held in Ifema, to reflect on the contributions made in those nine years. Hundreds of professionals from many countries of the world also attended.
In 2015 it was included by Nuria Ramos and Sergio Casquet in the book Universal Spanish Thinkers (LEO), which includes ten intellectuals. Among others, María Zambrano, Manuel Castells or Laín Entralgo.
In September 2018, he was awarded a Doctor Honoris Causa by Eucim Business School.
