Who is he? Claudio Fernández-Aráoz is a globally recognized leadership and talent consultant. After graduating from Stanford GSB, he worked at McKinsey & Company in Europe and at Egon Zehnder, where he was a partner and member of the global executive committee. He founded Egon Zehnder’s assessment and development practice, leading staffing and intellectual capital development processes.
