Who is she? Sonja Lyubomirsky, originally from Russia, is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside. With a summa cum laude bachelor’s degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology from Stanford, Sonja is a leading expert in the science of happiness.
